MEET THE SOS TEAM
DAN GULLEY - ARTISTIC DIRECTOR
Dan is a bassist, guitarist, singer-songwriter, performer, and agent based in Los Angeles, California. He has worked in the music, cruise and entertainment business for 25 years and successfully sourced hundreds of musicians, singers, dancers and entertainers to many of the world’s leading cruise lines, entertainment venues, and production companies around the world.
As Artistic Director of SIX O’CLOCK STUDIOS, he has also coached many agents and artists who have gone on to start their own successful entertainment and production ventures. Dan founded SOS as an instrumentalist and artist first, with the primary interest of building a community of performers that support one another. Anchored in his commitment to giving back, Dan personally funds vocal coaching for aspiring singers and performing artists.

RACHEL THOMAS - CASTING SPECIALIST
With an illustrious 15-year tenure as a Cruise Line performer, Rachel's journey has been a harmonious blend of globe-trotting and entertaining audiences with her talents on the high seas. Through stellar performances, and a positive team-orientated attitude, Rachel's career has taken her through a wide array of roles, from commanding the stage as a performer to overseeing and directing teams as Cast Manager.
Rachel’s strong work ethic and enthusiasm for music, dance, and performing arts led to her current chapter as Casting Specialist at SIX O’CLOCK STUDIOS, where she manages recruitment and casting roles, shaping the future artistic endeavors of aspiring and established artists.
During her time at sea, Rachel's personal journey intersected with her now husband, who was a sound technician onboard at the time. This serendipity led her to the sun-kissed shores of Fort Lauderdale, where they now craft their story alongside their vivacious 3-year-old son and an equally spirited 4-year-old pug.
